How do we contact Ebonatural?

Best approach to contacting Ebonatural is by e-mailing us directly at: info@ebonatural.com. We typically respond within 24 hrs. with any questions or concerns you may have.

Is your hair made of human hair?

Yes! All of our hair is made with 100% human hair where it can be bleached, dyed, and permed. It is highly advised that if you want to dye or bleach the hair to do so by going to a professional. We guarantee that our hair lasts between 3 to 6 months with proper care and maintenance but some of our customers have stated that their hair has lasted longer, even up to a year***

Do you have longer lengths of hair that is not available on your website?

Yes! We have hair that goes up to 40" in length. We decided not to put prices on our website due to a high demand and limited quantities. If you would like to know if we have a wig unit or hair available in a longer length, please inquire at Ebonaturalhair@gmail.com and we will contact you on whether or not it is in stock and also quote you on a price.

How do you care for your hair bundles/wig units?

  • Be sure that you brush your hair starting from the ends preferably with a wig brush (brush with ball tip bristles). A wide tooth comb can also be used to ensure that there are no tangles before washing.
  • Wash hair with lukewarm water and a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner of your liking.
  • It is HIGHLY recommended that you let your hair air dry, but you can also place your hair in a hair dryer on medium heat.
  • It is recommended that if you are looking to color or dye hair, to go to a professional stylist.
  • Use a light weight mousse for remolding edges and for styling of curly hair unit.
  • ALL BUNDLES/WIGS SHOULD BE WASHED ON A BI-WEEKLY BASIS WHEN BEING USED, WEEKLY IF YOU HAVE ACTIVE LIFESTYLE

Where is my Order and How can I track my package?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail address that was provided to us or the payment plan option that you used (ex: Sezzle, Quadpay). It is important that you provide us the appropriate information to ensure that you receive your package. We are not responsible for lost packages due to irrelevant information that was provided to us. You can check your order on our site on Ebonatural under track my order OR you can go to the actual mail carrier website.

What is the processing and shipping time for my order?

The processing time for your order typically takes 1 to 3 business days. If you are using a pay later option, processing time may take up to 5 days. Although this is not typically the case, we have to ensure that funds are available before processing your order. Shipping time takes an additional 3 to 10 business days. Shipping can take longer on custom orders and will be notified via e-mail of any delays. Our central office is located in New York but our warehouse in which we collaborate is International. If you are purchasing both make up and hair products, it is more than likely that you will receive your hair before makeup/skincare products because we formulate our cosmetic products upon order.

Do you accept refunds, returns, or exchanges?

We DO NOT currently accept refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! We do accept wholesale pricing. The minimum requirement for hair is 15 pcs and the minimum requirement for skincare and makeup is 100 pc. We ask that you send an e-mail to Ebonaturalhair@gmail.com with products and quantity of what you want, and we will send you a price.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We NO LONGER ship to PO Boxes. This is because we have recently transitioned to shipping many of our products through FEDEX Express.  ***We only use your personal information so that we can ship your products. We do not share your information.***
